Education level affects the natural resources according to my research
The education of the local communities adjacent to
the wetland has either a positive or negative effect on the sustainable use of
the wetland resources. This was taken on the assumption that educated people
understand the use of the wetlands and their effect on the environment if degraded.
Whereas the illiterates do not know any thing on wet lands dangers if degraded.

Source; field data by the
researcher
From above it is clearly
shown that their very many primary school students due to introduction of UPE
program by the government which has helped the needy people who cannot manage
paying school fees for themselves.
The number of people has
slightly increased due to the introduction of USE which has provided free
secondary education to the people in the area.
There are few numbers for
those who have gone to the tertiary level due to lack of enough money to pay as
tuition.
The number of illiterates
was relatively high due to fact that there were cultural attachments such as
marriage, women specializing in domestic work and hunting by men meaning that
those who never attended school are now aged.
